After putting on her clothes, Shahina rushed outside the bathroom grabbed her dupatta and opened the continuously knocking door, "Uff! Amma-Bi I was taking a ba..." She lost her voice when she found Yawar standing in front of her instead of Amma-Bi.
She quickly covered her head and was barely able to askeyd, "Ji? (What is it?)."
"Your laptop." He stretched his hand holding a laptop while looking at her face.
She stared his hand for a moment and reluctantly reached out to hold it, mumbling 'thank you'. but before she could take hold, Yawar moved his hand away from her, like he used to do a few years ago. She didn't say anything, nor raised her gaze to him and reach out again. Yet again he moved his hand away. This time, she dropped her hands beside her, still looking at the ground, although she really wanted to slam the door on his face.
A frown formed on Yawar's face looking at her defeated form. He didn't like how tolerant she has become for his teasing and he also doesn't like when she gives up on things so easily.
"Take it." He stretched his hand again and this time he really handed it over.
She nodded and stepped back to close the door, but before she could, a forceful hand slammed on the door stopping her from closing it.
"I need to talk." Yawar said, pushing the door.
"... give me a few minutes." She said, she didn't get the time to dry her hair and her clothes are getting wet because of it.
"No! come, right now." He said looking at his surroundings. Shahina also noticed that they were alone.
"I cannot." She abruptly shook her head in negative.
"What do you mean, you cannot?" He frowned.
"Y-you should wait." The shirt she was wearing was now fully soaked from the back, she couldn't step outside the room at this state.
"Why are you so hesitant? Are you hiding something?" Yawar's frown deepened.
"Nothing." His question startled her.
"Is someone inside?" He said in a deadly voice, taking several steps forward.
"No one is here. I am alone." Shahina raised her voice yet also took several steps back. Unintentionally making way for him.
Yawar didn't hold back and scan the whole place standing in the middle of the room. Then he went to the bathroom, suddenly the strong scent of Shahina shampoo and body wash hits his senses and he hastily retreated. Realizing his mistake of creating an awkward situation, he instantly left the room without uttering another word.
Carefully making his way to the bedroom, he went inside and released a breath involuntarily. Yawar was shocked by himself for being so careless. If anyone has witnessed them both in Shahina's bedroom he would never able to explain the situation.
Have I lost my mind???

Shahina abruptly closed the door as Yawar went out and locked it.Her heart was beating frantically, Yawar's behaviour was unfathomable to her, also she was taking a back by the words he said. Trying to shrugged off everything what happened, She threw her dupatta on the bed and start drying her hair.
Shahina glanced at the laptop on her bed and a shiver ran down her spine, imagining the outcome if someone saw Yawar in her room at this time. She was taken aback by his boldness, how and why he behaved like that was unfathomable to her. Shahina dislikes Yawar to the core and doesn't want anything to do with him. She thought of throwing the laptop he gave her, but she couldn't. Shahina was too afraid to do anything to anger Yawar. Time revealed to her that showing her anger or disliking could never go in her favour.
She remembered the day perfectly when Yawar forces her to make diagrams in his biology notebook. As result, Shahina got low marks on her class test on the same day when Yawar announced in front of Bi-amma that his biology teacher praised him for drawing such beautiful diagrams.
She forcefully shrugged off this incident as one of the many unreasonable things he does and hid the laptop in the lowest portion of her wardrobe. Away from her sight, promising herself to never used it. To Shahina, the things Yawar gave have no value. He was a cactus in the beautiful garden she lives in, nothing more, nothing less.
